Additions

  • Added "Mouse/MiddleClickTime" to Preferences.
    • (Controls how short a click has to be to be considered as pivot placement click.)

Improvements

Layer transfer

  • Layer transfer now picks color from source mesh on a per vertex basis rather than per texel.
    • (Previously, each individual texel on object picked color from closest point on source mesh.)
    • (That means there were potentially millions of texels looping through every single triangle in the source mesh, trying to find the closest point.)
    • (This was incredibly expensive, causing instability on some systems, especially on slower or older ones.)
    • (Furthermore, doing it per texel is overkill for the majority of use cases.)
    • (Doing it this new way speeds LayerTransfer by several orders of magnitude and removes causes of crashing and/or freezing.)
    • (Also speeds up character loading.)

Other

  • Removed derivative status of Male_Deer template.
  • Updated shafts_dragon3 for better emergence.
